CO and XO At "Toughest Cowboy"

So this is not something that happens very often. ShadowTeufel232 and I got the chance to hang out at a totally random event... a Rodeo. Yes. Cowboys, Cowboy Clowns, Broncos, Bulls, and Horses. The whole nine yards, minus the Brokeback part even if the event clown made a joke about the movie "Brokeback Mountain". The above image is as we were chilling in our seats right after the Rodeo. From Left to right, Top to bottom - F1R3BR4ND, ShadowTefuel232, Trish, Gabbie (with a Y).
Before the show and right after, we found ourselves talking about the great times we've been having, including how much some of the players have improved since we started playing. Suijaku came to mention quite a few times, as she's already improved a drastic amount with only a few training sessions, taking her kill score from a 2 average to a 10. Also discussed, was the recently issued orders by me, which can be found on our clan's BNET group page.
Deluril is acting Commanding Officer of the clan, until either Shadow or I return or are on. It may take me a couple weeks to return to active status online. He has command over the entire clan, including officers - even if he is ranked as MP. The reasons for these orders are currently classified, and on a need-to-know standard.
After the Rodeo we waited for the girls to get their pictures and autographs taken with the Cowboys.... *shot* and later took our picture in front of the Jagermeister blow-up bottle. They sponsored the Rodeo.
Mind you... I've never been to a rodeo before, and I must admit, it was rather fun!
NOTE: I'm sporting the clan Dog Tags.

Communication Training (2v4 Rumble Pit)

Not many people approve of going out and annihilating people in rumble pit as a team of two or more. Normally I'd be against it as well, but I decided that Deluril and I could use some comm training. Yes. Communication Training via Private Chat in the Social Rumble Pit. How'd we fare?
Not bad considering we took a target away from ourselves, and were forced to concentrate on four or less (some people quit because of the idiocy by the other players). Together, we organized pincer attacks, saved each other's backsides, and took down the opposition with improvement in our communications.

Is doing this Despicable thing REALLY good for training or are we just giving you an excuse for acting "n00bish"?
Truth is, it really did improve our communication skills. We quickly learned how to let each other know what side we were coming in from so we wouldn't kill each other. We also managed to save one another while one person took care of a target down range, and the other killed the target in the process of flanking. Death for the enemy was the only option, and I have to say that it was a learning curve not to kill everything that went red on the radar. Both of us had to remember that we would show up in the red.
One of the things that I found rather interesting, is the "Lay Down Cover Fire" as one person rushed for a specific weapon (ie. Rockets on the Pit). Co-ordinating assaults on a camping jackmonkey however, becomes a bit of a problem, as they enjoy using nub combos and grenade spam tricks whenever you're within a hundred yards of them.
Either way... the scores spoke for themselves. We are a team, and we know how to fight as a team. We truly are a United Earth Armed Force.
To The Victims We Played Against:
A sincere apology for not being "Sporting" when playing in Rumble Pit, but it was not to win games or to boost experience. We simply worked on our communication. You guys did an excellent job playing.

New Clan Logo
The clan Logo has been something I've tried working on for quite some time. Actually, since the clan came to be, I've wanted to make a logo for it. Our previous one was nice, but I realized that if it were on a shirt, it wouldn't look right. So I decided to collaborate with my friend Jeff who owns his own screen printing company, and together we came up with the idea of having an Eagle in the emblem. He drew it and gave it to me.Once he emailed me the eagle, I immediately went to work to creating the emblem you see here. I incorporated the world that has been in the previous logo, as it reflects the Earth aspect. The Eagle is the sign of strength and power, as well as a certain finesse that the clan has. The hardest part was actually to properly align the text, and make it look right. Finally, after about two hours of work, I completed the logo. You can see it as the following:

I hope you enjoy it... it took me a little while to make.

Flask's Initiation & Team Hard Core

So today... was fun. We had a lot of interesting times, some completely ridiculous, and others rather well worked and executed strategic achievements. 2 Flag CTF is way more fun without radar. Well... let's start with the basics: Initiation
-=Who is Flasktoss55?=-
Newest recruit in the clan. He's fun, he's nice, he's sweet, and downright deadly.

-=Initiation Information=-
Tone of Initiation: "No, that wasn't at all stupid, ridiculous, totally non-skilled..."
Summary:
Simple summary... We were initiationg Flask into the clan (Deluril and I) and the next thing we realize, we're spawn killing the poor kid. Apparently, when creating the UEAF Shoothouse Forge map, EvilCommie (the original author of the map) did not place spawn points anywhere other than the one weapons room. After getting bored with tracking him down, we decided to get his pain over with quickly. As you can tell by the images, the entire place was littered with Flask bodies.
Score: It's not even worth mentioning, this was such a terrible initiation...

-=Team Hard Core Information=-
2 FLAG CTF on VALHALLA
Tone of Game: "Where's the Energizer Bunny when you need him?"

Summary:
Strategy really changes once you have no radar on a multi-player map, BRs to start off with, and have no way of telling which way you're being pelted from. Needless to say, THC was a small bit of a learning curve, but very effective and fun. Excellent communication and tactics kept us at the top of our game, tearing through our enemies and letting them come to us before delivering a powerful counter-strike. However... towards the last minute or two of the game, the batteries on my controller died. Surprisingly enough, I managed to get juice into them just in time and for exactly as long as it took me to take out one of the enemies, scoring a kill-joy and an ally save.
We managed to win: 2-1

2v2 Clan Match - UEAF vs. A-Team
We had our second clan match today, this one a challenge I got from someone who works with me. They challenged, we chose the map: UEAF's very own "Night Fly C" construct variant. Simply put... the game wasn't pretty.
Tone of Game: "Uh... You really thought you had game?!"
UEAF Representatives:
F1R3BR4ND
EvilCommie
A-Team Representatives:
infexion07
BlackSi317
I don't exactly know how to put this into light terms... I mean... their guy challenged us, but we were the ones fighting. Did they even fight? At all? They managed to capture two key points to say they had game in, it was no time before we controlled the air, and land. Most of their kills were luck kills - I had a few situations where I found myself in a "Shit, I stepped right on top of that 'nade..." or, "Bad timing... he was aiming for Commie..." moment.
However, that gave them no possibility of escape from our claws. With powerful tactics and excellent communication, it was only a matter of pinning the boys down with some really simple attacks. Honestly... they never saw it coming.
FINAL SCORE: Team Slayer on "Night Fly C"
UEAF: 50
AT: 10
